Luke Broumand

CEO
Luke Broumand is a driven finance professional at the University of Miami, pursuing a major in Finance with a minor in Real Estate. Currently expanding his global business acumen through studies at the London School of Economics, Luke combines analytical insight with leadership experience. As Social Chair of Pi Kappa Phi, he oversees financial planning, vendor negotiations, and large-scale event execution. His hands-on experience at Trojan Storage further demonstrates his operational and financial management capabilities, where he supported property management and revenue optimization initiatives.

Ben Silverstein

Ben Silverstein serves as the COO of CampusKeys AI, where he oversees operations, product development, and the integration of AI into student housing solutions. A finance student at the University of Miami, Ben brings hands-on experience from commercial real estate, data analysis, and emerging AI tools to build smarter, more user-friendly housing platforms. His background in capital markets, analytics, and student life allows him to design tools that genuinely solve the challenges students face when searching for off-campus housing.

Currently a sophomore at the University of Miami’s Herbert Business School, she is developing expertise in financial strategy and real estate markets. Ryan is passionate about how data-driven financial decisions and thoughtful development shape long-term organizational success, and she applies this perspective to support the company’s vision and growth.
